This website is operated by 5mc2 Srl, a company specializing in streetwear clothing design, production and sales. All of our products are shipped from our warehouses located in Via Colle delle Api 42B, Campobasso, 86100, Italy. Please allow us from 2 to 5 business days to prepare and process your order. Shipping processes might be subjects to delays due to high volumes*. Delivery will be made via express courier and we have different pricing based on your location. Free shipping is available but only up to a certain spent amount. If for any reason, you are unable to receive your delivery, the courier will retrieve the package and reschedule a new delivery. We takes up to 5 business days to elaborate your order, times might be subjects to variations depending on order volumes and external factors*.

- InPost in Italia: 1-4 business days

All orders come with a tracking code, which you will receive by email as soon as the parcel has been shipped.

PRE-ORDER

Pre-order products are made in limited batches. Shipping typically begins within 3–5 weeks from the purchase date, depending on production timelines.

We’ll notify you via email as soon as your order is on its way.

If your cart includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.

This approach reduces packaging waste, carbon footprint, and unnecessary logistics.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

RETURNS

We accept returns only within 14 days after receiving it the item, and only if the following criteria are met.

• Faulty item, unwashed, unused in original packaging labels attached.
• Wrong size. Before purchasing a product we recommend to check the sizing if not sure and asks for an advice on which size could fit you well on our discord channel. In case the size don't fit you and you want to send it back, the shipping costs are covered by the customer.
• We also accept exchanges in case of wrong size if the item/s are still in stock. Products must be unwashed and unused .
