This website is operated by 5mc2 Srl, a company specializing in streetwear clothing design, production, and sales.

All orders are shipped from our warehouses located at Via San Giovanni in Golfo 139 C, Campobasso, 86100, Italy.

Please allow 2–5 business days for order preparation and processing.

During peak periods or collection launches, processing times may increase due to high order volumes*.

All deliveries are handled via express courier services, with pricing and delivery times varying by destination.

DDP SHIPPING (Delivered Duties Paid)

For extra-EU markets, all shipments are now handled using DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) service.

This means:

  • All duties and taxes are included in the final price
  • No extra charges at delivery
  • No interaction required with the courier
  • No unexpected costs

We introduced DDP to remove one of the biggest friction points in international e-commerce and ensure a seamless, reliable experience worldwide.

Orders require up to 5 business days to be processed. Shipping times may vary depending on destination and order volume*.

All orders include a tracking code, sent via email once the shipment leaves our warehouse.

PRE-ORDER

Pre-order items are produced in limited batches.

Shipping typically begins within 3–5 weeks from the purchase date, depending on production timelines.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item is ready.

This approach helps reduce packaging waste, carbon footprint, and unnecessary logistics.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Item is faulty, unused, unwashed
  • Original packaging and labels attached

Wrong size

  • We recommend checking sizing carefully before purchasing
  • Shipping costs for returns are covered by the customer
  • Exchanges are available if the item is still in stock

RETURNS

We accept returns only within 14 days after receiving it the item, and only if the following criteria are met.

  • Faulty item, unwashed, unused in original packaging labels attached.
  • Wrong size. Before purchasing a product we recommend to check the sizing if not sure and asks for an advice on which size could fit you well on our discord channel. In case the size don't fit you and you want to send it back, the shipping costs are covered by the customer.
  • We also accept exchanges in case of wrong size if the item/s are still in stock. Products must be unwashed and unused .
