LUCKY FAM POT — FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.⁠ ⁠Promoter
The Lucky Fam Pot promotion (“Promotion”) is organised and managed by 5MC2 Srl, registered in Italy at Contrada colle dell’orso 53g, 86100 Campobasso (CB), P.IVA-01891270702 (“5MC2”, “we”, “us”).
This promotion is created exclusively for marketing purposes and does not constitute a lottery, competition, or game of chance under Italian or UK law.

2.⁠ ⁠Promotion Period
The Promotion runs from 24 November 2025 to 31 December 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
All Lucky Fam Pot cards distributed within this period are valid only during these dates.
All codes and rewards must be claimed by 31 December 2025.
After this date, unused or unclaimed codes will automatically expire and cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged.

3.⁠ ⁠Eligibility
• The Promotion is open to all customers who place a valid order on 5mc2.com during the Promotion Period.
• Each order includes one (1) Lucky Fam Pot Card.
• Participants must be residents of countries where participation in promotional giveaways is lawful.
• Participants under 16 years of age may take part only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
By redeeming a reward, the participant confirms that such consent has been obtained.
• Employees, contractors, or affiliates of 5MC2, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to redeem.

4.⁠ ⁠Nature of the Promotion
The Lucky Fam Pot is a promotional reward giveaway, not a game of chance.
All rewards are predetermined and guaranteed before distribution of the cards.
No random draw, luck, or selection process is involved in determining which reward each card holds.
Rewards include digital vouchers, discount codes, gift cards, or physical items as described on the accompanying Rewards Table.

5.⁠ ⁠Rewards & Redemption
5.1 Voucher or Discount Rewards
To redeem a voucher or discount reward, enter the unique code printed on your card at checkout on 5mc2.com.
Each code can be redeemed once only and is non-transferable.

5.2 High-Value or Physical Rewards
If your card corresponds to a Cloud Stepper Tracksuit, an Unreleased Box, or the €10,000 5MC2®️ Gift Card, please contact info@5mc2.com with:
• your full name,
• your order number (if applicable), and
• your scratch-card code.

We will verify your card and arrange delivery or activation.

5.3 Substitutions
If a specific item becomes unavailable, 5MC2 reserves the right to provide a replacement of equal or lesser value, in a similar style, size, or colour.

5.4 Gift Card & Voucher Conditions
• Valid only for use on 5mc2.com.
• Have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not for resale.
• May be subject to expiry or additional terms indicated at the time of redemption.

6.⁠ ⁠Limits & Fair Use
• Limit of one (1) Lucky Fam Pot Card per order.
• Limit of one (1) redemption per code.
• Codes cannot be combined with other promotions or exchanged for cash.
• 5MC2 reserves the right to cancel or refuse any redemption attempt that appears fraudulent, duplicated, or in violation of these Terms.
• Any attempt to create multiple customer accounts to exploit the promotion will result in disqualification and potential account suspension.

7.⁠ ⁠Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• 5MC2 accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen cards or codes once distributed.
• We are not liable for technical issues preventing redemption, nor for delays caused by stock shortages or delivery conditions.
• The total liability of 5MC2 relating to this Promotion will not exceed the retail value of the reward assigned to the participant.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights guaranteed under applicable consumer law.

8.⁠ ⁠Privacy
Personal data collected in connection with the Lucky Fam Pot (e.g. email address, order details, shipping data) will be processed solely for the purpose of verifying and fulfilling rewards.
Data will be handled in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the 5MC2 Privacy Policy.
By participating in the promotion, you consent to the processing of your information for redemption and communication purposes.

9.⁠ ⁠Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy.
Any disputes arising in connection with this Promotion will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Campobasso, Italy, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in the participant’s country of residence.

10.⁠ ⁠Right to Modify or Cancel
5MC2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so, provided such changes do not materially disadvantage participants.
Any updates or clarifications will be published on 5mc2.com/luckyfampot-terms.

11.⁠ ⁠Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the Lucky Fam Pot Promotion implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Participants are advised to read and retain a copy of this page for their records.
