Key Responsibilities
• Lead Independently shoots and produce video and photo content at HQ and during brand activities.
• Build and manage editorial calendars tied to drops, campaigns, products and cultural moments
• Define content formats, recurring series and storytelling frameworks
• Understand what content lives where and why (Instagram, TikTok, emerging platforms)
• Ensure content consistency between product, lifestyle, narrative and community
• Research and propose copy direction, captions, hooks and storytelling quality
• Capture and translate real brand moments into strong visual narratives
• Ensure high-quality, premium execution while preserving authenticity
• Edit short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and various social platform
• Produce longer-form edits when required (episodes, recaps, campaign storytelling)
• Integrate subtitles, motion graphics and sound design
• Maintain visual coherence through color grading and brand aesthetic consistency
• Host short segments and interviews when needed
• Appear naturally in behind-the-scenes content
• Work closely with the Brand & Social Strategy Lead to translate editorial plans into visual output
• Contribute creative insights to editorial discussions
• Support narrative consistency across campaigns, drops and key moments
• Be physically present at HQ for daily creative operations
• Participate in campaign shoots and special project
• Travel with the team (worldwide) during key campaign periods, drops and cultural activations

• Proven ability to handle projects independently from concept to delivery
• Experience working inside brands (not only freelance gigs) preferred
• Experience managing social channels at brand level (not only creator/influencer)
Skills & Technical Requirements
• Comfortable using iPhone for agile content production
• Confident with mirrorless/DSLR cameras
• Understanding of composition, lighting and visual storytelling
• Ability to capture high-quality audio in dynamic environments
• Experience shooting in fast-paced, real-world settings
• Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / Capcut Pro (intermediate/ experienced)
• Adobe After Effects (motion graphics intermediate/ experienced)
• Adobe package Photoshop / lightroom (illustrator is a plus)
• DaVinci Resolve (a plus)
• Subtitle/caption workflows
• Strong file management and production workflow discipline
• Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok ecosystems
• Ability to build hooks, pacing and emotional impact in short-form
• Understanding of how content supports long-term brand equity
